The cost of Chatterbox license and maintenance contracts varies with the potential number of different users during any one year.

Our payment structure and schedule are flexible according to the needs of each customer. Companies can choose between either:

purchasing a perpetual license with an initial payment plus annual maintenance fees, or

‘renting’ the software and maintenance as a service for an annual fee (minimum two years)

Installation and custom development services can be purchased according to either an agreed project cost or a daily rate.
